From Performance to Presence

I grew up striving—first as a national team gymnast and undefeated cross-country runner, then as a venture capitalist and executive coach. I knew how to perform, succeed, and push through. But fulfillment, especially in love and intimacy, didn’t come from achievement. It came when I turned inward.

After a decade-long relationship, a conscious uncoupling, and the sacred initiation of motherhood, I began living from a deeper, more authentic place. My life’s work is now rooted in cultivating what I had to learn for myself:

Self-trust, secure attachment, embodied love, and erotic aliveness.

What I Believe

True intimacy starts within.

When we build an internal secure attachment, we become grounded, open, and resilient in relationships with ourselves and with others. From this place, passion returns. Desire awakens. The nervous system softens. Love deepens.

I bring together somatic practices, Buddhist and existential psychology, movement therapy, attachment science, and the erotic blueprint of your body to guide you home to yourself—and back into connection with what matters most.

Why I Do This Work

Because I’ve lived the disconnection, I’ve been the high performer who looked successful on the outside but felt lost in love. I’ve cracked wide open. I’ve rebuilt. I’ve chosen to meet life from the inside out.

Now, I coach individuals and couples who are ready to feel more. Love more. Trust more.
Not by striving—but by softening.

Let’s remember what your body, heart, and soul already know:
You were made to love—and be loved—fully.
