A Journey Inward

1987-present

From national team gymnast to venture capitalist, I spent years mastering performance, resilience, and achievement. But true fulfillment—especially in love and intimacy—wasn’t found in striving. It came when I turned inward.

Today, I guide individuals and couples in cultivating self-trust, embodied love, and secure connections. My work is rooted in the belief that when we cultivate inner safety, our relationships become more vibrant, intimate, and meaningful.
